Please note: drivers must wait at least 45 minutes from when the flight lands at airports and 15 minutes at non-airport locations. Also, they must call the customer before leaving. When reporting a customer no-show, please attach proof of attempt to fulfill the service to the ticket below. We recommend submitting call logs and GPS records. Failure to do so may result in a cost recoveries.

Agree to penalty?

By selecting 'Yes', leaving the pickup location early or not calling the customer beforehand; you might be subjected to a penalty equivalent to 150% of the ride value, for failure to fulfill the service. If these conditions were not met then please detail why below.

Is the pickup at an airport?

It is not necessary to request flight numbers as we chase our customers and pass on the information to you automatically. If the booking is not an airport pickup then please note that as per our commercial agreement; we are not required to provide flight numbers for non airport locations. Kindly confirm the booking.
