If the number of passengers does not match the vehicle type booked by the customer, please dispatch the vehicle type selected by the traveler and displayed in the booking details (for example people carrier, luxury, etc). Our website allows customers to choose and pay for their preferred vehicle type for transfers, therefore, it is important to provide the exact vehicle the customer booked.
Factors that may influence customers to book a larger vehicle than the number of people traveling:
- They need more space for suitcases.
- They are not sure how many people will be traveling.
- They do not consider it relevant to specify at the time of the booking since they know that they are paying by type of vehicle and not by the number of people.
Please ensure you regularly check the setup of your vehicles in the Portal to confirm that the number of passengers and luggage aligns with the vehicle's capacity.
