If your driver is having trouble receiving their activation SMS for our Driver app, please follow the steps below to help resolve the issue.
Before starting the below steps, make sure the Driver is not already activated.
- Verify first that Driver account is not already activated. The Driver is already activated if it looks like in the image:
- If the Driver is already activated but cannot find the App, please follow this guide
- If the Driver is not activated, check the mobile phone number for the Driver profile is correct and up to date.
- Ensure your driver has good signal coverage when the SMS is sent.
- Ensure that the phone has the latest software updates and that there are no applications interfering or filtering incoming SMS messages.
- Restart the device.
- Re-send the SMS message via Portal to check if the problem still persists
- If you’re still not receiving the SMS, try using the same SIM card with a different handset.
