You can now manage the vehicle types in your fleet as well as the individual lead times, passenger and luggage capacities for each vehicle.
To view vehicle specific details go to the “Location & Rates” tab and then scroll down to the “Vehicles” section. Here you can view all the vehicles you have set up in a location and their individual lead times, passenger and luggage capacities.
Set up or change a vehicle specific lead time, passenger or luggage capacity:
To view, set up or change a vehicle specific lead time, passenger or luggage capacity go to the “Location & Rates” tab and then scroll down to the “Vehicles” section.
Click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the vehicle card and select the “edit”
Click the drop down for the vehicle and detail you want to change.
Click ”Save changes and submit” at the bottom of the page.
Add or remove a vehicle type in your fleet:
On the “Manage your vehicle” page you’ll be able to see all vehicle types you can add to your fleet.
Those checked are active and will be available to take bookings but those that are unchecked and greyed out are inactive and will not return in searches for bookings.
To add a new vehicle type to your fleet:
- Check the box on the right
- Select your vehicle lead time, passenger and luggage capacities
- Click “Save changes and submit”
- Set up Fixed route and/distance rates for your new vehicle type(s)
- Start taking bookings
To remove a vehicle type to your fleet:
- Uncheck the box on the right
- Click “Save changes and submit”
- You will no longer receive bookings for this vehicle type.
IMPORTANT: If you remove a vehicle type, any rates associated with it will be deleted. If you decide to re-add the vehicle type in the future, you will need to set up rates for it again.
Important information

Increasing a vehicle's lead time may negatively affect the number of bookings you receive

Any changes to lead times or capacities will not be applied to bookings that have already been made

If bookings have already been made for a vehicle that you wish to remove, you will still need to fulfil those bookings

If you’re removing a vehicle because it is no longer in operation and you cannot fulfil future bookings, please inform our customer services team
- When a vehicle type is removed, any rates set up for it are deleted. If you choose to add the vehicle type again in the future, you will need to set up these rates again.
- Changes can take up to 3 hours to take effect.
