A lead time is the minimum amount of time it will take to dispatch a vehicle once a booking is made.
In the Partner Portal, you can set up a lead time at a location level which applies to all vehicles set up in that location.

How to set up a lead time for a location:
Go to the “Location & Rates” tab.
Click the triple dot on the “Area of Operation” section and select edit.
Select the lead time you’d like from the drop down
Once you’ve chosen a lead time make sure you click the submit button to apply the changes.
Note:
- Increasing a location’s lead time may negatively affect the number of bookings you receive.
- Changes can take up to 3 hours to take effect.
