Login to the Portal and go to the “Locations & Rates” tab in your upper menu, expand the location menu. Locate the "Contact details" section, select the three dots on the right side and click "Edit".
You will see all the contact details you entered when you created your location.
To amend the email where you want to receive the bookings, please edit: "Booking details" and press submit.
You will need to repeat this process for all the locations where you want to amend the email address where you receive bookings.
Please note: This change may take up to 3 hours and will apply for all new bookings but not for previously sent ones.
