This article will explain what a campaign is and how to set these up via the Partner Portal.
What is a campaign?
Campaigns allow you to increase or decrease your Distance or Fixed route rates for a specific time period.
Setting up a Campaign
Select “Campaigns” from the upper menu and click “Create a campaign”.
Here you can choose to:
- Increase or decrease your base rates, and by how much (%)
- Choose the location and car type is should apply to.
- The dates of your campaign.
- Name your campaign
Once you've filled in these details select "Create Campaign"
Note: Campaigns can take up to 3 hours to take effect. During this time you can still receive bookings
You can delete and add new campaigns at any time. Past campaigns can be found under the “Expired” tab.
Very Important: If you are managing your rates via API, portal campaign rules do not apply. You have to manage your own campaigns via your own system. All portal tools that control price and availability will not work if have API rates.
