Rate rules give you the ability to adjust prices for a specific duration in order to maximize earnings during busy periods. To learn more about how these rules are factored into fare calculations, or how they apply when customers book under both hourly and daily rate rules, please refer to the FAQ section in the Partner Portal.

You can find the rate rules tools in the Partner Portal in the ‘Location & Rates’ tab.

There are 2 types of rate rules you can set up:

• Hourly rate rules - This allows you to increase or decrease your rate by a percentage during a specific set of hours
• Daily rate rules - This allows you to increase or decrease your rates by a percentage during a specific day(s) of the week.

Setting up hourly rate rules:

Click “Set up”

Then follow the steps below:

1. Enter the amount you want to increase or decrease your rates by (this will be applied to both distance and fixed route rates).
2. Enter the start and end time for the period you want your hourly rate rules to apply.
3. Click “Create rule”.

You’ll now be able to see the rate rule you’ve created from the locations and rates tab.

Delete an hourly rate rule:

Click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and then 'Delete'.

Setting up daily rate rules:

Click “set up”

The follow the steps below:

1. Enter the amount you want to increase or decrease your rates by (this will be applied to both distance and fixed route rates).
2. Select the days you want your daily rate rules to apply.
3. Click “Create rule”

You’ll now be able to see the rate rule you’ve created from the locations and rates tab.

Delete an hourly rate rule:

Click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and then 'Delete'.

Setting up Pick up times:

This tool allows you to select your pick-up availability for your locations:

By clicking the three dots on the right hand side you can edit the time and day of your availability

After selecting starting and ending time you need to select also the days you’re available and then click on Submit.

In this way you will be receiving reservations only within the times you have selected.
