Please make sure your driver clicks 'Forgot Passcode' at the bottom of the Enter Passcode page.
A text message will be send to your driver to reset the code.
Advise your Driver to input a memorable 6 digit code, like the birthday.
Alternatively, you can send to your driver the link to reset the code. Share this link.
Please note: If your driver has not yet activated the driver app, it will not be possible to change passcode. To activate, each driver should receive a SMS text to sign up that looks like this one below. After they have activated the app, you will see on the portal, your driver with active status.
