Seeing an error
First try deleting the driver from Portal and then adding them again. You can delete a driver from the Partner Portal by clicking on the 3 dots on the driver tab and selecting “Delete”, next confirm this. If the problem persists then get in contact with us via our webform.
Forgotten passcode
If your driver has forgotten their passcode, they just need to click ‘forgot passcode’ and a temporary code will be sent to their mobile. From here they can reset their password to something more memorable. Please read this article to help with this issue.
Can’t locate the app
In case your driver hasn’t bookmarked the Driver App on their mobile, you can share the Driver App link with them: https://driver.rideways.com/ and make sure follows the steps to save it on the home screen. For a more detailed explanation, please read this article.
