Scheduled rides
All rides assigned to the driver will be visible only 2 days before pickup. (This is to allow you to change driver if needed without putting in pre-alert the driver.)
Ride details
Click on a ride to access the details screen, the driver can see all the ride details. Once ready to start, the driver should click “Start this ride”.
On arrival
Once the driver has arrived at their meeting point, they need to update their status using the “I am at the meeting point” button.
This will also inform the customer that their driver has arrived. This can be used as a proof in case of customer disputes.
Waiting for the passenger
Once the passenger has arrived, the driver can select “Passenger found”.
Passenger No-Show
If the driver is unable to locate the guest after 45 minutes at the airport, they can click to the “Passenger no show” button.
They need to confirm that they did all the required actions (please ensure the driver always tries to communicate by phone with the guest) and submit the report. This will take a GPS location and time stamp to prove the driver waited at the location for the agreed time.
Drop off
The driver will then be given destination information, with a link to open in their preferred mapping software.
Once the customer has been dropped off, the driver can confirm this in the app, sending a final GPS and time log to our system and clicking on “Confirm drop-off” button.
