With the ongoing global COVID-19 situation (commonly referred to as Coronavirus), we would like to advise you that we are still operating as usual. We understand this is an unsettling time for all our customers & partners - we are here to support you.
We would like to express our support and dedication to you and your teams during this challenging period, and send our best wishes to all those who have been impacted.
It is critical that we work together closely to ensure the highest standard of safety for all concerned, and to avoid spreading the virus. That means:
- All drivers and customers will be expected to wear a mask.
- All drivers will maintain a safe distance and, ideally, not handle customer luggage unless necessary.
- All vehicles should be cleaned between rides and hand sanitiser should be made available
- Please ensure that any driver who has displayed symptoms of COVID-19 does not accept rides or pick up any Booking.com customer.
- Please inform us immediately if any of your drivers have tested positive for COVID-19.
- Wherever possible, please keep your vehicles clean and disinfected.Including car & boot door handles, arm rests, seatbelts & sockets after each ride.
- If a customer contacts us with serious concern about their driver’s health (e.g. displaying symptoms), we will take this very seriously & will suspend rides to your company with immediate effect and contact you to discuss.
- Equally, if a Driver is concerned about a customer's health and does not want to drive them, they must contact our customer service team on +44 161 850 4025 before refusing the ride.
