The booking becomes available for payment when the job is completed and the customer has completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) we send them. We allow 72 hours for the customer to do this, and so we may communicate any feedback to you.
If the customer wishes to dispute something, the payment will be held until the dispute is settled.
Bookings will not be eligible for payment the next month if:
- They take place during the last 3 days of a month
- The CSS has not been completed
These payments will automatically roll over to the month after.
