For bookings made within 48 hours, customers must now provide a flight number. For bookings made more than 48 hours in advance, we send several automated reminders to customers before the pickup date to gather their flight details. We acknowledge the importance of this information in improving the chances of a successful pickup.
If a booking is made for an airport pickup, without a flight number present, please arrive at the meeting point at the time specified on the booking.
If the booking lacks a specific flight number in the designated field but the customer has included it in the comments section, please adhere to the pickup time according to the flight number rather than the time specified in the booking. Our Customer Service team will also consider the flight number in case of a customer complaint.
