We're proposing a shift to weekly payments, paid one week in arrears. This adjustment aims to:
- Reduce payment discrepancies
- Eliminate complications from Split Payments
- Prevent disruptions caused by monthly payment freezes
This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline operations and ensure a smoother, more consistent payout process.
