In the near future, making changes to existing reservations—whether updating pick-up times, modifying itineraries, or adjusting services—will no longer require reaching out to customer service. Instead, travelers will have the power to make these amendments directly through our platform, quickly and effortlessly.
The self-service amendment feature is being developed with one goal in mind: to offer maximum convenience and flexibility. We understand that travel plans can change at a moment’s notice, and our aim is to make those adjustments as smooth as possible.
Addressing Rate Discrepancies for a Transparent Experience
One challenge we’re also tackling is the issue of rate discrepancies that can arise during booking amendments. For instance, when travelers make last-minute changes—like adding flight tracking—it can sometimes impact pick-up times and cause differences between the original quote and the final invoice.
To address this, we’re refining our processes to ensure that any adjustments made remain seamless, transparent, and consistent. Our goal is to eliminate surprises and provide clarity every step of the way, so that travelers always know exactly what to expect.
