Fixed route rates:
These allow you to select from predetermined routes and set a price, they are self-managed in the partner portal and changes are applied in real time (changes can take up to 3 hours to take effect). The available routes have been carefully selected based on our data and insights to cater to the highest demand. If a particular route is not currently provided, it indicates that there isn't sufficient demand in that area at present.
Fixed routes will NOT allow you to add new zones, you can only select from the pre-existing routes in Portal.
How do I set up a fixed route rate?
First, go to the Fixed routes area located within “Locations & Rates”.
Navigate to the Airports section and select "Set up", followed by the Area of operation set up. On the next page, click on Add new airport, add the airport you want to operate in and Submit.
Please consider the agreement of only adding an IATA that has been previously discussed with your commercial contact.
Please note: you also have the option to delete the added Airport by clicking in the three dots to the right but you will be prompted with a message saying that also all fixed routes will be deleted.
Next, navigate to the fixed routes section and select "Set up". On the next page, select the airport you want to set up fixed route rates for.
Next select the route zone (you can click on the map or choose from the list on the left) and vehicles you want to set a fixed route rates for and input your rates. Make sure you include any airport pickup/drop-off fees in your fixed route rates.
Finally click ‘submit’ to save your rates. Once submitted, rate changes will be applied within 3 hours. Now you’ll be able to view all the fixed route rates you have set up in the Locations and Rates tab.
Please note that any airport pickup fee needs to be included in your fixed route rates. The airport pickup fees section within “locations and rates” applies only to distance rates.
How do I change a fixed route rate?
To edit a fixed route rate, select the 3 dots in the fixed routes section of the locations and rates tab and click ‘edit’. From here you need to select the airport for the routes you want to edit, this will take you back to the main 'map page'. From here simply select the zone you want to change your fixed route rates for and enter your new rates. Make sure you include any airport pickup/drop-off fees in your fixed route rates. Finally click ‘submit’ to save your rates. Once submitted, rate changes will be applied within 3 hours.
How do I delete a fixed route rate?
To delete a fixed route rate, select the 3 dots in the fixed routes section of the locations and rates tab and click ‘edit’. From here you need to select the airport for the routes you want to delete, this will take you back to the main 'map page'. From here simply select the zone you want to delete the fixed route rates for and uncheck them. Finally click ‘submit’ to save your changes. Once submitted, the changes will be applied within 3 hours.
Do campaigns and rate rules apply to fixed route rates?
Yes. Any rate rules or campaigns you already have or set up in the future will also apply your fixed route rates.
What happens if I have distance rates as well?
Fixed route rates are prioritized over distance rates. Therefore, if a fixed route rate is available, it will always be applied first, even if it's priced higher. If a pickup or drop-off location is not covered by the fixed route rate, then the system will revert to using distance rates if they are configured.
