We are thrilled to announce a significant update to the Partner Portal: the introduction of reporting locations.
This new feature allows you to measure your performance based on specific areas where pickups occur. It aims to enhance the accuracy and transparency of how metrics are reported, catering to the unique needs of our partners.
Until now, there have been various ways of defining a location in relation to an operational setup. With the introduction of reporting locations, this gap is being closed. The new method standardizes all reporting to a specific, defined geographical location, ensuring greater consistency and clarity amount all our partners.
Key Benefits of Reporting Locations
- Improved Accuracy: Metrics are tied to precise, defined locations.
- Greater Transparency: Clear and consistent reporting for all partners.
- Enhanced Usability: Simplified data comparison across regions and reporting styles.
How does Reporting Location work?
- Reporting location: is representation of a specific geographical area where completed pickups occurs as shown on the maps below:
- Reporting location names could be either:
-
-
- Name: If there are more than 2 Airports within the reporting location area or non airports within the area. Example below Crete. The reporting location area "Crete" has 2 airports Chania & Heraklion.
-
-
-
- IATA Code: If there is one Airport within the reporting location area. Example below Athens, with 1 main airport within the reporting location area "ATH".
-
-
- Country Code (ISO 2 Digits Code): Each country will have a reporting location for pickups happening outside the reporting location areas map below (1) or the default reporting location where a country doesn't have reporting locations within a country (2).
Example below Greece, the Country code will be display on the table as long as there are completed pickups outside the reporting location areas(1)
- No reporting location data: This will happens if on a Current cycle or Next Cycle there is not current completed pickups.
Please Note: A completed booking is allocated to a reporting location based on pickup point only, we do not consider drop off location point. (Ex. pickup in Athens drop off in Kineta, reporting location will be ATH / Pickup in Kineta drop off in Athens reporting location will be GR)
