Login to the Portal and go to the “Locations & Rates” tab in your menu. Expand the Locations menu and find the Pickup Instructions tab.

Remember that you must have airports set up to be able to add Pickup Instructions. 

Click “Add” to open the Pickup Instructions form. 

 Add all required sections

Click” Save” to complete. 

New Pickup instructions will be immediately visible to customers who booked this location.    

How Can I Edit Pickup Instructions?

Login to the Portal and go to the “Locations & Rates” tab in your menu. Expand the Locations menu and find the Pickup Instructions tab. Remember that you must have airports set up and Pickup instructions previously loaded to be able to edit them.  

Click “Edit” to open the Pickup Instructions form.  

Edit the relevant sections. Select “Save” to complete your edits. 

Select “Save” to complete your edits. 

Please fill in all possible fields to provide the best quality pickup information to travelers. 

Please avoid adding links/URLs as these are not clickable within Pickup Instructions and will not create good user experience. 

Edited Pickup instructions will be immediately visible to customers who booked this location.
