Upon receiving your request, we will send you an email containing a link to enter your new bank details and a second email with an access code needed to complete the update. The link in the email will only be valid for 72 hours, so please act promptly to update your information within this timeframe.
When updating your bank details, please ensure that the Account Holder details match the Legal Name on file to avoid any discrepancies. Our Regional Manager will review the new details for accuracy and either approve or reject them accordingly.
If your updated bank details are rejected, we will notify you promptly and provide guidance on how to proceed. If approved, your new details will be in effect for future transactions after a processing time of approximately 1-3 weeks.
