When faced with flight delays, in the case the new arrival time is falling into the night rate, taxi partners must promptly contact the Commercial Team through the portal to raise a ticket if a rate adjustment is needed.
How to raise a Ticket:
Through the portal, taxi partners should provide booking reference, flight details, as well as the amount to be added, enabling the Commercial Team to adjust fares accordingly. Please note that the rate adjustment will be reflected in the following payment cycles.
