If you have assigned a ride to your driver but he/she cannot see it in the Driver App, these below are the possible causes and solutions.
There is no driver assigned to the ride: always first verify via Portal (or your booking management system if you are connected via API) that you have assigned a driver to the ride
The rides has a pickup date 2+ days in the future: the Driver App only displays to drivers the rides that are 2< days from pickup.
That specific driver never sees assigned rides in the APP: first step is to verify that the driver has activated the Driver App (follow this guide). If the driver is activated and never sees any ride assigned in the App, the main cause of this issue is that driver is registered simultaneously with different partners operating in your area. Our Driver App does not work if the same phone number is registered multiple times under more accounts. The best advise is to verify with your driver if this is the case and choose which with account to operate. It will be essential that the driver requests deletion from the other accounts.
