If you do not receive anymore emails for New Bookings, Booking Amendments or Cancellations please follow the steps below:
1. Verify that the email address noreply.taxi@booking.com is not identified as spam from your email provider. Check your spam folder, if you see our email address, please remove it from spam (Ex. Gmail: right click on email, then select 'Not Spam').
2. If our emails do not go in your spam folder, you will need to change your reservation email address from our Portal. Please follow this guide on How To Amend Your Reservation Email
